Have you experienced trauma at any point in your life? Without the right guidance and healing, the effects of trauma can block you from living the life you were meant to enjoy. As a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a master’s in professional counseling, I specialize in helping my clients heal from trauma. I create and deliver a therapeutic environment that provides a warm and comfortable feeling to my clients and honors this first step they are taking. With a passion to serve others, I work with clients from all types of backgrounds and journeys. In sessions, I utilize Eclectic Therapy; this approach draws from various modalities, providing the flexibility to tailor the sessions to fit each individual's specific needs and goals. I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques. My clients learn to identify their inner child and the adult self. Through the inner-child journey my clients learn what triggers them to react and to get to the root of anger, fear, anxiety, and any other emotions that may be holding someone back from their full potential.

Life can be unexpected, filled with frustrations, hurt and challenges which can impair the ability to have a positive mindset. My goal is to assist individuals as they work through life's unexpected events and learn how to adjust and react with a positive mindset.

I am dedicated to helping individuals facilitate their personal growth and unlock their full potential, so they can thrive in all aspects of their lives. My professional goal is to provide support and guidance during the healing journey, and often a transformation takes place. Many "caterpillars" have walked into my office, and with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) they are on their way to becoming "butterflies." The journey of transformation requires support, grace, objectivity and guidance. I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals (children, adolescents, and adults).
